For Guests

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.

Absolutely. We specialise in contractor stays and regularly host teams working on local projects. Let us know your team size and duration — we’ll match you to the right property.

Nope — we’ve got the essentials covered. Just bring your personal belongings and enjoy your stay.

In most cases, yes! Just contact us as soon as you know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your extension.

No. The price we quote includes accommodation, cleaning (unless stated otherwise), and all bills.

For Hosts & Landlords

No. We accept single lets, HMOs and apartments — as long as they meet safety and quality standards.

Just head to our List Your Property page and complete the form. You’ll need to sign our Property Supply Agreement before submission.

We mainly house working professionals — such as engineers, contractors, corporate clients and insurance guests. We screen bookings to ensure suitability.

We do! Interim Stays handles bookings, payments, guest support and property care. You remain hands-off while we generate income for your property.

No long-term tie-ins. We offer flexible agreements and aim to create win-win partnerships for the long haul.
