What we look for in a property
We work with a range of property types from single houses to multi-unit buildings. Here is what a property needs to qualify:
At least 2 bedrooms (larger houses with 4 or more bedrooms are in high demand)
Furnished to a clean, comfortable standard — beds, kitchen equipment, and seating
Wi-Fi included
Located within a reasonable distance of a major road, transport link, or project site
Available for stays of 2 weeks or longer
Compliant with current landlord licensing and safety regulations in England and Wales
